First of all, chill out. Just interested in a discussion. I've worked in corporate/startup marketing and am now in IM The enterprise side is almost dominated by women at many levels but int he independent IM/SEO etc field there are hardly any. Why do you think that is?

Same as us jews. The culture values education, hard work, and success above all else. Both are also willing to play fast and loose with rules and search out loopholes, which I would hope everyone here realizes is almost crucial for success.
