No one mentioned Site Ground? It's unarguably the best shared web host there is right now. Liquid Web used to be the best, but they no longer sell shared web hosting.
Guess you can't complain if Google decides to index just 100 of your duplicate content pages...just joking :) Make sure your pages are well interlinked (install a related posts plugin). That should help.
Forget about rankings for PBN sites. Whether a site ranks for a keyword or not, it passes link juice to whatever site it links to. Focus on getting domains with good metrics. As ThopHayt wrote above, it's more about links than anything else.
