I tried to promote a ClickBank product for the first time today. Launched a PPC campaign of about 400 clicks (direct to vendor's page), this is the result: 44,454 Impressions, 400 Clicks, 0.90% CTR but NO SALES! 400 people intentionally clicked on the advertising, reached the vendor's land...

This is happening because Yahoo Site Explorer (the tool Market Samurai was using) was decommissioned.
