It will take months to remove any review. I posted a review and I found out it was removed after a few months

If you get No-follow links from big sites, do it, you will get some traffic. If you get NF links from random sites, no worth your effort unless it is free

Why spend time and money removing reviews on Trustpilot? If you're receiving fake reviews that give you low scores, I would recommend encouraging the posting of genuine reviews with 4 or 5 stars instead.

Share it with people and groups that are interested in your article, share it on other 3rd parties platforms like quora and reddit. Let other people share on their linkedin page will be the best way to promote it
