Fucking joke.. a months work and literally a few days after getting everything it goes down the drain. Currently trying to email him but getting no response even after shortly opening a dispute.

I have emails saying i have now transferred the domain name personally from him etc... I have the godaddy email stating it was transferred. The site is up and running.

That's a disgrace.. as soon as the domain got transferred he opened a dispute.
