Could something be changing your IP address, like a VPN? Google sees an IP with your connection, and if that changes, it will mess things up.

I have used JavaScript code that runs in my browser. It works well depending on your task because it very much like a regular user. I used it to auto populate forms and things like that. You cannot crank out the serious volume like other scrappers, but you can certainly increase your productivity.
