Why does everyone try so hard to get into the US market?
I see post after post on here about trying to launch accounts with USA audience and it baffles me. I'm in the USA and I never even advertise here. We get such cheap CPM's and amazing views using European countries and Canada which allows us a way bigger profit margin. I've been running ads...
