How can it be linked even to every RDP i buy? that's not possbile

Hello! For 2 week's i got this problem, when i open new account either on my PC or RDP, i always get a limit on selling, 0 items and $0 no matter what. My home IP might be banned as i did some stupid scams when i started out but why it happens on RDP too. If anyone has any idea let me know.

They accepted evertyhing except my ID...even though it's a real one but has no exp date, i will need now a new template....paypal is trying to make you insane sometimes

Talked with tehm on phone, after sending the documents, i explained that the items are digital so no invoices had been sent, adn they said they will review the ID and adress and it would all be good, it was trigered by the sistem, but i didn't do anything wrong, it had transactions, 6 month...

i will call them and see what happens, i have psd templates for good invoices on LLC but i will see what they say on the phone
