1. We already know about Twiends 2. I don't think twiends provide serious followers. I've wasted a lot of seeds on twiends for the same followers. They follow me (get seeds), then unfollow me, to follow me again (get seeds) after a few days. So, its not happening.

Twimates used to provide Digg exchange. But it has been removed now.. Is it illegal to exchange diggs?

A lot of websites used to have digg exchange facilities, but they are not working anymore. Do you know any good website for digg exchange? I really want to promote my diggs.
