A lot of websites used to have digg exchange facilities, but they are not working anymore.

Do you know any good website for digg exchange? I really want to promote my diggs.

youlikehits has an option to follow and get digg followers.

@OP : Was there any site providing digg exchanges ?? ATM there are none.

Twimates used to provide Digg exchange. But it has been removed now..

Is it illegal to exchange diggs?
