I am a victim of the EMD update too since my site was ranking #3 to #5 for two combination of keywords (two pairs of words) and now since the end of Sept 2012 is gone to #47 and #58 ! In addition for one pair is not even the root of the domain but a random page inside the domain! Any ideas?/...
