keywords in url, ok but location suffixes

Hello,

we all know that incorporating keywords in url names help seo.

However, i have some questions.

Lets say that we have 3 keywords we want to get good ranking.

key1, key2, key3

our best keyword is key1

is it better to get a key1.xxx url
or

key1-key2-key3.xxx ?

Furthermore,

If our location is in europe for example, and we want localised ranking to lets say Denmark,
does it help to get key1.de (key1-key2-key3.de)
or key1.eu (key1-key2-key3.eu) will be enough?

I am asking this in case url is unavailable...
