If you want to have a remote chance of success, I recommend you sign up to targeleon.com They have a smartlink you can send pop traffic to, you can optimize as well in the dashboard. They pay out weekly by paypal.

If you want to do media buying, you should look into native ads instead. Pops as advertising format has declining rates, throughout all networks. While that would give you loads of cheap traffic, it will also give you poor conversions. If pops still converted well, rates would not be on the...
