Is this possible with wordpress?

As I am setting up a news site, I will soon have to hire writers. My idea is to pay them XX% of ad revenue from their content.

Is there a plugin that allows me to track which ad codes go on pages from the different content contributors?

For example in adsense I would then create a channel for each writer and somehow connect that channel to each writer.

So....

A channel called "Writer XXXXX XXXXXX" connect that ad code with that particular writer.

A channel called "Writer XXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX" connect that ad code with that particular writer.

At the end of each month I would then simply share a screenshot with each writer and pay them the agreed % of revenue.

How do I do best?

I'm not Expert nor Tried this, but I think its possible by Adding Ad code to very individual Post

You just need to Create separate Ad units for all your Writer for tracking, and they need to Ad code or Simply Enable Ad by any Plugin on Individual post.

The adsense analytics should be able to tell you what revenue is received any given page.
