I checked the "exact" match button on the left. Does that not just show the exact phrase results?

I recently got a cease and desist letter from a gov agency claiming that my site too closely resembled their's. I used their logo, copied and pasted their html frame format and even used a "very similar" domain with a .org. Needless to say, I followed their instructions quickly.

Website is indexed, GWMT shows zero backlinks, yahoo shows a few hundred. I hate G@@g!

Yes but I've never heard of a site with high PR and no backlinks. From what I can tell, there is no way to have high PR without any backlinks.

It all depends on your competition. If the top 10 competitors have 5000+ backlinks and a high PR rank and a solid decade of online presence under your belt, you will have one hell of a time ranking no matter how many BLs you have (if your site is new with no PR).
