It looks simple as the domain is just redirecting but the random image generation is what I can't understand.

I have come across multiple scripts like this in which you type a website address and it shows you random pictures or links but if you type that address in the address bar it just takes you to a random page. Can anybody tell me what this is? I have attached pics to explain.
