You wont be able to track emails using a software. Use a proper service like sendgrid and reach out to them. I have seen people even sending 10M emails at once but they were using enterprise plans. Unless you use a professional service all of it might end up in spam.

There is no way escaping the 30% tax. I have personally seen people trying different schemes to evade tax by setting up fake companies but it causes a problem later on. Better to pay tax and be tension free
