Hey - I pay CPL (givin you access to crm so no "shaving" there). Else can work on a formula where "REAL" cpl costs are assessed and i give a 30% ROI (so you basically got no risk and only gains). This second plan assumes cpl costs are logical / reasonable and in line with the market.
