If the keyword has a low number of searches you can expect a lot of dancing around. I've also found that any new keywords will experience a lot of dancing as google tries to determine your correct position.

I'm pretty sure the worst that will happen is the hosting provider will be contacted and you will be asked to take down the site.

There seems to be some mixed opinions here, I have found similar mixed opinions elsewhere on the net. The site it is being directed to what looks like a new version of their old site, it is definitely not a spam redirect. It seems intuative that the link juice is only passed to the new domain...

Hi, I am looking to register a domain I found for my PBN and I noticed that it had a 301 redirect to a non-spammy site as the last page on the site before being deindexed. Does this affect the quality of the domain as a PBN? Something about losing link juice? Thanks.
