Frankly, several hours is enough. But knowing you've been blocked right away repeatedly, i think several days should be good (2-3 days, no action at all). Don't get back to action right away after the block lifted. Give it some hours, even a night. This is the main reason you're blocked...

So you are indeed botting? If so, then giving it some time to cool is right. Also, reduce your F/U frequency.
