Stumbled upon a thread, OP was asking for advice and mentioning that he has supply of SIM cards.
Reading through the thread, and saw that many of the replies interested in his SIM cards inventory.

Why people are interested?
What can you do with lots of SIM cards?​

Unlike OP in that thread, i don't have that much of inventory, but i can look for it if i want.
SIM cards here in my country are cheap.

You could convert each SIM card in a 3G proxy or you could use it for PVA.

I guess if you got a way of loading them into a PC that reads them or multiple phones, you could offer a Phone Verify service. In the relevant section of course...

humm , is there any other method than use 1-2sims/phone?..i have acces to hundreds of sim cards too.

There is an equipment you can load 16+ sim cards into it, to use on your PC with an application you can programmatically interact with for sending/receiving sms + internet.

I never looked too much into the technical of it, but you could easily sell services for a plethora of things.

For example PVA, Virtual numbers, sms gateway for mailing/services for auth code, 3g proxies(this is more complex as you would need to route all the different modems), PABX, automated calls...

What is a 3g proxy?
