Hmm no one seems to address the nofollow aspect of SB, from what ive seen a HUGH majority of blogs out there use nofollow by default. With the majority of your comments being moderated, and a majority of blogs using nofollow. It seems the chances of getting good do follow links is pretty minimal...

@lostgringos - I don't think Google uses IP and email address data to assess the sandbox, maybe a wee bit paranoid there. Maybe duplicate usernames, MAYBE. But ye duplicate content, unnatural keyword density, small wheels, unnatural linking...you can do it!

@ZMadHatter et al This is done by hacking. These sites are well established site with many back links and good PR. Hackers inject code into pages on the site which contains keyword rich text and many links to their spam sites. This code is cloaked to only appears when visited by the google...
