I opened a new account using a new IP adress and new mac adress, but when I've added a bank account i received the message that it's already assigned to a diffrent account (The blocked one). So I automatically closed the account. Please advice.

I've opened a legit buisness account with Paypal, and they close it becuase it's was linked to other accounts. I provide them all docs and talk to them hours on the phone but nothing helpd, they know my details + bank account. My question is simple: How can I open a new biz account?
