So I'm very familiar with online marketing, I'm doing PPC on a high budgets and were doing SEO in the past - I know how to write code (PHP, MYSQL, HTML, CSS) etc...
Do only think I'm missing is where to start, I means I want to start doing SEO I can build a site and I'm can get a decent writer to help me with the content, but my question is where to start?

I mean which niche? Which keywords?

What is the best technique to find yourself a keywords/subject for your new project?

UNF can be your best friend if you have it :)

I would stick to PPC considering the fact you get live results, you don't have to xx days and the fact that you can expand to other traffic sources as well. Which means, more money to be made. Have you considered doing mobile ppc? It's still a brand new industry and competition is non-existent on some taffic sources.

Just my 2cents.

Go on the Clickbank marketplace, use keyword planner, promote cpa offers, google trends, possibilities are endless...

As Paper-Boy said, if you not using mobile PPC, i think that will be another great source, if you already getting the traffic you looking for from PPC.

Many replies, thanks...

Mobile PPC is a great idea but I'm not referring to this subject here, the idea is to get traffic/income from SEO.
So for now the only idea I've got is to check ClickBank marketplace.

I had never thought of doing mobile PPC before. If it's as new as you say, I may just take a look at it. :)

start with google keyword planner :)

Thanks, this I know but what I'm interested to know is what is your "point of view" I mean what are you looking for? Why you will select a specific product to promote?

Hi, why so confuse, my friend there is no shortcut way to get success in very short time, first analysis the market on the web, so you can help yourself to select a nice new project website. I suggest Google keyword planner tool for keyword suggestion or ideas for your new project website.

I am not making fun, but start with Google Search Engine Optimization Guideline.

OP hiring "someone" to write some shi**y articles won't cut it with so much competition out there and i really don't see the conection between knowing PHP, html,mysql...and SEO.

If you know those well, you should get into offering your services, building some themes,plugins...not try SEO because that's an annoying rollercoaster.
