When you buy an old adwords account how do you fund it? Once you update the CC won't it link it back to you? I mean I even put in a brand new cc with different addy on remote pc and somehow they tracked it back

I managed SEM for company doing mobile content (i.e. ringtones), the company was pushing the rules quite a bit and finally got their adwords account banned. While doing that they in turn got my own personal accounts banned. I know the work arounds, but I haven't been able to get an account to...
