I ordered linkedin endorsements and they show as completed within the panel; they never arrived.

Could do it on wordpress but this client is particularly fond of Wix. I suppose that would solve the problem of SEO issues, as wordpress is fine, though I don't know what the buy in would be. If people think that Wix isn't risky then I'd be inclined to just do that.
