You need to prove that you own or have right to use song to your distributor not to youtube. But some of them wont ask you for proof at all but you can get in trouble later if somebody find out that you use their songs.

I think there is a blacklist of words that trigger youtube bot to check your video. Search for that, cause the list is quite long.
