Sounds like an easy task to me. I have been using Scanem for few years now. Their discovery tool can do what you need. The way I would do it is: 1. Select location (e.g. Miami) 2. Start from searching by keywords in bio, such as "b2b", "ceo", "entrepreneur", "owner", etc. If not enough, then...

if you need only one account's location, send them a link with a tracker and make it luring enough to click on it. the tracker willl show you their IP

probably people discover your posts in recommendations, which means they are not on your page yet. you can include your username so it's easy to tap and go to your account and add call to action reminding people that more similar content is on your page. should help
