Hi, i am trying to grow a page in general entertainment and daily viral niche, i am getting reel like but likes are not converting into follow, i am reposting like 3 post per day from popular viral post, i am not doing more post to avoid any ig bans. How can i motivate people to like page also.

A bit basic, add a second photo in a carousel where you write to start following you if you liked the post

Add call to actions. Put "Follow me @-yourusername" in the visible part of the description and if you can put it subtly in the video as well. Don't forget to optimize your Bio with something like "Follow me for daily laughs". Get creative with that and people will start following your page more. Hope that it helps!

I usually make my account private if it's under 1000 followers. i will make it public when it reaches 1000

probably people discover your posts in recommendations, which means they are not on your page yet. you can include your username so it's easy to tap and go to your account and add call to action reminding people that more similar content is on your page. should help
