Solved. Server nodes are on opposite sides of the planet so it just took some time for the fresh install that my IT guy did in Hyderabad to fully complete.

This error is only happening locally. Cache and cookies have been cleared... everything works fine for my IT guy. Going to WP-Admin to try and refresh the permalinks or something doesn't work either.. admin login page comes up 404..? Could it be htaccess or?
