I'd like to use offline methods to find clients and I'm pretty much new to the market. I have 1 family member that owns a local business but is stopping their service so there's no point in asking them.

I'm thinking of creating websites for local businesses and charging them for hosting and a small fee for design. I saw alpharacks had a really good reseller deal so I will probably use that. I'm going to try increasing profits by telling already existing clients that referrals will give them 10%...
