Yes but question is what about pages which you are not admin. There is no "Suggest to Friends" button and they didnt mention that.

Hopefully, suggestions are down in firefox, safari and opera as i tried. In crome is still same old story, you can send suggestions but nobody will receive it unless you send less than 49 invites.
