Fb merge duplicate pages error

When i try to merge 2 pages i got this message:
An error has occurred while merging pages. This may be caused by your attempt to merge too many pages.

Any solutions? Its been a week, and still same error.

You cant merge pages that easily anymore these problems are happening to everyone.
