Honestly, if you're willing to trade time for money, your best bet is to get a job, unless you live in a country where the minimum wage is v low. But chances are, if you live there a survey company won't pay you much either.

I'd say still use a tracker, even if the cost seems prohibitively expensive at first. That data will be worth so much to you even if you are doing CPA bid. Bemob will give you I think 50,000 events free every month, so you could always try that.
