Wow, interesting update. I just received an email saying that due to the migration issues, they're giving everyone 3 months free hosting after the migration is done. That's cool. So I'm staying put for the next 3 months, anyway.

Well that's not good news. I suppose I can understand a mess during migration -- for a very short time. But not responding to tickets is not good. I may be looking for a new host then. :( Thank you both for your information.

I'm hopeful, too. Their prices are higher for the same stuff, but the email said that the old prices should be locked in. I've just never heard of them. :p
