From what I understand paypal doesn't like you logging in from constantly changing IPs. Or were you talking about ebay?

Last questions guys. Is buying another / different ISP another option I have? I live next to another house I own so the ISP would be for different house but right next to it on the same street.

That's interesting. I read on another forum that logging from different IPs (I read another post of yours where you said it's a proxy generator where the IP changes frequently) would get my paypal limited. Seems like going the proxy route is out of the question. Thanks for all the feedback so...

My paypal got suspended indefinately. My ebay account did not since the paypal suspension had nothing to do with ebay. My friend has agreed to create a different ebay and paypal account under his name and let me use it to sell. My question is can I use my computer (IP) at home to use his ebay...
