Amazon Kindle Publishing - To Outsource or Not To Outsource

Wow wish I'd read this thread a week ago. I just paid some freelancers to get some short stories done without testing as Gringo suggests. Great thread!

[Journey] Kindle eBook journey to 20$/day

Don't give up! It's easy to get stuck mesmerized in the sales graph trap, but it's all about pushing through anyway. The only way you'll see different results is by doing something different. Good luck with your journey

Kindle e-book journey: non-fiction only, starting budget $0!

Good luck on your Kindle journey. I'm at about 1 sale per day per book, which isn't fantastic but as long as I keep refining my method and putting out more books, I know I'll eventually reach my target. Don't give up!

Amazon Kindle Guide: Pick the Niche, Publish Books, Post/ Get Reviews, Scale Up

I posted to all the free/cheap book submission sites, fiverr promotions, twitter sprays, facebook ads and ebook forum ads. I don't think any of them really were worth it though. I don't have to have to deal with marketing anymore, it's really not my thing

Thanks mate, will do. It took a bit of marketing and promotion to get those sales. The dream is to find a way to sell without having to deal with all that in future :P

[JOURNEY] Amazon KDP for Extra Cash

Awesome thread. I've been reading a lot of Romance/Erotica info lately and want to break into this market. Still in the 9-5 atm so can't go all in without some freelancer help. Will be following and looking forward to updates

Hiring a writer for your book - would you like to know how it's done?

I have tried outsourcing some of my ebook works and have gotten back absolute junk. Now I only put out jobs for fact finding/research because that seems to be less risk, but would like to find out what tricks you have in mind. Voted yes for the OP

Amazon Kindle Guide: Pick the Niche, Publish Books, Post/ Get Reviews, Scale Up

Thanks for the post, OP. I started Kindle publishing in May and have only recently seen results, maybe $100 a month from 3 books? It's not much but your post is still inspiring. There's much more work to be done!
