You need to reverse engineer the API. It's not easy but you can start by pressing F12 on Chrome go to Network tab and look at the request being sent and received. You can filter for GET or POST methods and more. This is more challenging to do on modern websites.

Probably no. you will get ips from your country. I tried in germany us sim and I got german ips.

Probably no. you need a very large amount of modems to make it profitable or worth time. if you sell average $30/month that is little profit imo
