in my country spam is a violation of the Advertising law. You can't go to jail for spam. But you really can go to jail for braking accounts, mails, etc.

I know that you can activate many accouts on one phone number. Once you activate a number on a new account, previous acc becomes unactivated. Why is it so? What for? Why don't they make it as one number = one acc? So nobody create multiaccs?
