[Resolved] I finally got a reply from juicyads support, they say it was a third party ad that was causing the redirects. The option for third party ads can be turned off AFTER creating the adzone on juicyads, thru the settings. The support guy turned it off for me and now no longer getting...

I stopped using Jetpack a few months ago, and my site loading times improved quite a lot. I probably won't ever use it again, too many features I never used. I suggest just get individual (lightweight) plug-ins for features you need.
