Getting unwanted mobile redirects from Juicyads

Hi guys, I've gotten reports from some of my website visitors over the past week that they're getting redirected to spammy looking sites when they try to get to my homepage. Some visitors report that they're being redirected every time they try to get to my site, not just the first time. I'm losing viewers because of this. I use only juicyads, and I didn't sign up for the mobile redirect campaign so this shouldn't be happening.

I've exhausted my googling skills trying to come up with a solution for this, did a scan, reviewed my code, etc. I emailed juicyads support about 30 hours ago, still no reply.

Should I expect them to reply? And does anyone here have any suggestions on what I can do about this problem?

I finally got a reply from juicyads support, they say it was a third party ad that was causing the redirects. The option for third party ads can be turned off AFTER creating the adzone on juicyads, thru the settings. The support guy turned it off for me and now no longer getting redirects. I'm seeing the numbers climb back up slowly now.
