You're supposed to use a proxy, such as Hide My Ass.com or another. Be careful not to get caught though. It has serious consequences, but you really need a high-anonymous proxy.

I try not to use multiple accounts anymore. It's too risky.

Speaking of Simply Hired specifically. I thought this site mostly made money by the ads placed on it. Some services on job sites are free (i.e. listings, job description) while others might be paid (i.e. certain resume-building tools).

I agree with this. As far as low-ranking sites, the only reason some of them have not ranked higher yet is because they are new. This is the difference between that kind of site and one(s) of poor quality.

If you own those keywords I think you have a right to be concerned. What to do about it, I'm not sure but keep an eye on that competitor.

I haven't used Hub Pages as much as I wanted to. I didn't think it was hard to use when I did try it, though.

This is exactly what I think. Usually the inner pages are the ones with all the "meat" and "juice" that people need. I say keep up the good word and perhaps link some more middle pages to your home page.
