The only way this works in my experience is if you have legal ownership of the name (trademark for example). An unjustified request will go ignored. A trademark request was handled in a matter of days in my case.

I have been using Death by Captcha for about a month now with a different client. 100% recommended. (They even support refunds for failed captchas, check to see if the software supports it) Success rate is 95%+ on the first try, never had it take more than 2 tries.
