I can recommend ninja copy and get insta data - they does exactly what you're describing, you can scrape follower lists and filter location and words using google sheets filters

There are some ways to do it but they involve mobile proxies, email accounts, and even phone numbers, which in themselves are a bitch to get. I recommend purchasing accounts since depending on how fast you need the scraper to go, ~100 is enough to get going. And you can use residential proxies...

I have a scraper built out but am struggling to keep healthy bot accounts. I've tried aged accounts, pva accounts, and they only last a week or two. I think my issue is not using proxies, but would that be enough to make the difference?
