Is there an IG scraper which allows me to scraper from a users followers list and pick out usernames if they have specific words? and/or by specific locations like a country

I can recommend ninja copy and get insta data - they does exactly what you're describing, you can scrape follower lists and filter location and words using google sheets filters

Instapy can be programmed for that but is a pain in the ass.
Also list are dangerous in 2020 as using one will automatically flag your account as suspicious.

You just looking for a scraper tool with a filter option for include words in username / bio? Any instagram bot should be able to this, it's a very basic function for any tool that can scrape / search

the tool that i need is to only get the location of specific users. ;) i search through this forum but others not working. is there any free test?

Basically there is no way to do this as IG does NOT provide that information.

You can scrape location from BUSINESS accounts only.
Otherwise you can TRY (and most likely fail) to scrape user entered location information to the BIO
Scan the most recent (n) images and see if they are location tagged and then ASSUME that is where the account is from.


There is no other way
 
You can use Jarvee, extract the users to another account, then copy the list

Not for user country as OP state. It's not the case of finding a bot to do it, the data does not exist - bots cannot do it
