I'm having the same problem. Not able to turn adsense on to one of my channel. When I click "accept association", it redirects back to YouTube with the same old youtube screen asking me to set up adsense.

Looks like, we couldn't survive or even close to make a decent "spare-time"(not even a part time) income...
