Uploading trailers and images shouldn't be a problem. But to start a movie site especially in 2021 is not worth considering the time and effort you have to put into in. You are better off focusing with what's making you money and invest the parked money in the mean time so it grows.

While doing my day-to-day tasks, I came across several websites which have 'Ads by Google' when it's just a tool type website. How the heck did these websites managed to get the adsense approval? I'm listing 3 sites which I came across and obviously these are NOT MY SITES...

Yup, adsense has rejected due to no valuable content. Yea, I'm about to reach 10k visitors, so once I reach it I'm gonna apply for Ezoic but still I'm not sure whether they'll accept it or not.

You need a TLD for adsense, so "/blog" doesn't work out. exoclick has bad cpm rates compared to adsense

Y'know if something is too good to be true, then it probably is too good to be true. As @NX_NULL pointed out that at the 4th & the 7th second there are audible breaths. Also, there are no such T2S softwares with such capabilities/outputs as of now (speaking from experience).
