I was also wondering if there are maybe certain hash tags that these fake accounts troll and then follow certain accounts that use those hash tags

It's strange because they are not spam bots. They don't write anything or do anything. I don't even understand the point of these fake accounts or what value they provide to the owners of the accounts

I agree...but its a pretty good approximation...most of my follwoers with no profile pic are pretty suspect...its the closest thing thats a first pass to identify some highly likely fake accounts

I did find an app for the iphone called "Cleaner" which seems to work. Its the only app or software that seems to allow bulk blocks...

was using bot...and months later..i just started getting this...and i get it when i tested unfollowing manually

I am unfollowing people and all of the sudden i am receiving pop ups that read ""This message contains content that has been blocked by our security systems. We restrict certain content and action to protect our community"" Is this the way they throttle unfollowing?
