Unfollowing people and getting ""This message contains content that..."

I am unfollowing people and all of the sudden i am receiving pop ups that read ""This message contains content that has been blocked by our security systems. We restrict certain content and action to protect our community""

Is this the way they throttle unfollowing?

how many are you unfollowing a day ??? manual or bot ??

was using bot...and months later..i just started getting this...and i get it when i tested unfollowing manually

Is this on one account only? I've had this message a few times but it was only on a specific account, so I just skip it usually.

yeah. on one of my many accts....its the only one that triggered it

just wait 5 hours without going to your instagram and it should work and report the problem to instagram before you do the wait.
