What are your goals for the account? Go to accounts with a similar audience and interact with them. And to echo InstaOmega above, start playing with stories (e.g. different video editing styles, using polls, tags) so you can increase your views and engagement there, and lead them to your offer...

I’ve had the same. Heard some people have had success reinstalling the app or switching IPs, otherwise you just have to wait it out and reduce + spread out your actions throughout the day.

Completely agree on learning through this forum. I’ve spent hundreds, if not thousands, on IG and IM courses before finding this community, and the stuff you get is all watered down.

This may be going against popular opinion here, but my advice would be to find some sort of "regular" part-time job for the time being alongside your IM ventures.It could greatly benefit your mental health as it'll give you more opportunities to socialise, introduce some stability and routine...

Happiness is a state that you can choose at any moment. Don't tie it to an external source.
